Who this is for
Anyone managing their own profile, password, active sessions, or the in-app notification inbox.
When to use these pages
Open Settings to update your display name, change password, revoke other devices, or read the live API connection status. Open Notifications to clear the inbox of audit completions, reports, lead events, and billing alerts.
Settings (/settings)
The heading is Settings with subtitle "Manage your profile, security, and system configuration".
Profile
- Email (read-only) and Display name.
- Save profile persists changes.
Change password
- Current password, New password (minimum 8 characters), Confirm new password.
- Change password submits to the API.
Active sessions
- Lists devices (Current badge on this browser), browser and OS, optional location or IP, last-active time, and login method.
- Revoke on non-current rows; Sign out all other devices when multiple sessions exist.
Login history
A table of past sign-ins: device, location, IP, method badge, date and time, and Active or Revoked status.
API server
Shows Connected (with version and timestamp) or Disconnected along with the configured NEXT_PUBLIC_API_URL.
Environment
Read-only diagnostics: API URL, WebSocket URL, framework badges. Useful when reporting bugs to support.
Danger zone
Permanently delete your account after a password confirmation and an explicit acknowledgement checkbox. The copy warns that sites, audits, reports, leads, API keys, and subscriptions are removed.
Notifications (/notifications)
The heading is Notifications with an unread count or "All caught up!".
- Refresh and Mark all read (when unread items exist).
- Tabs: All, Unread, Read, each with counts.
- Each row shows a type badge (for example Audit, Report, Lead, Team, Billing, derived from server events such as
audit.completedorreport.ready) and a per-row mark-read action when unread.
If loading fails. Retry after checking API connectivity. Notification types match the server event names surfaced in the row badges.
Workspace membership changes remain under Organization. See Teams and workspaces.
Platform staff
Platform admin and impersonation flows are internal-only and are not documented in this customer help centre.
