1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Site Auditor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Site Auditor provides AI-powered website auditing tools including SEO analysis, performance scoring, security scanning, accessibility checking, and automated outreach features. The Service is available through web applications, APIs, and browser extensions.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to audit websites without authorization where required by law
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or usage restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with third parties
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Downgrading your plan may result in loss of features or data associated with higher tiers.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by Site Auditor and protected by intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use and share. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes. You may export your data before termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
