Getting Started

How do I run my first audit?
Sign in, go to Audits, then New audit, paste a URL, and click Start audit. Results usually appear within a minute for most sites.
What does each score mean?
We score several dimensions: SEO (metadata, structured data, crawlability), performance (load and Core Web Vitals), security (HTTPS, headers, cookies), and UX (accessibility, mobile usability).
How many pages can I audit?
Published plans: Free, 5 audits per month and 10 pages per audit; Pro, 50 audits per month and 50 pages per audit; Enterprise, unlimited audits and 500 pages per audit. Confirm live usage on Billing or in the dashboard header.
How do I reset my password or verify my email?
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen for a reset link. If sign-in returns an email verification error, use Resend verification on the same screen. See Account access troubleshooting for exact auth messages; contact support if delivery fails repeatedly.

Auditing

Can I audit password-protected pages?
Not currently. The crawler needs public access to pages. Authenticated crawling is on our roadmap.
Why is my score different from Lighthouse?
We run Lighthouse as part of our audit but also apply additional rules (SEO, security headers, tracking detection) beyond a single Lighthouse run.
How do I compare two audits?
Go to Compare in the sidebar, pick two audit runs, and review side-by-side score changes. See the Compare audits guide for detail.

Outreach

How do leads, pipeline, and emails fit together?
Capture prospects under Leads, move them through Pipeline stages, then send outreach from Emails or PlusVibe where enabled. Open a row’s View details for lead-level actions (status, Unibox, Writeback). See Leads, pipeline, and emails and Lead detail.
Does PlusVibe replace my email provider?
No. PlusVibe assists with drafting and workflow; you still send through your connected provider and must comply with anti-spam rules. Integrations holds PlusVibe API credentials; API keys are only for your own REST clients.

Billing & Plans

How do I upgrade my plan?
Open Billing from the sidebar and choose Upgrade. You are redirected to secure Stripe checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plans. Contact support@reviewmysite.app for refund requests.

Teams & Workspaces

How do I invite team members?
Go to Settings, then Organization, invite by email, and assign a role (viewer, editor, admin). The UI label may read Organization while this help centre uses British spelling elsewhere.
Can I manage multiple clients?
Yes. Create separate workspaces per client and switch with the workspace selector in the sidebar.
What are the role permissions?
Viewer: read-only. Editor: run audits and manage sites. Admin: billing and members on many workspaces. Owner: full control including workspace deletion.

API & Integrations

How do I get an API key?
Open the API keys page in the sidebar, generate a key, and copy it immediately, as it is not shown again. API access is available on Pro and Enterprise (not on the Free plan).
Where do I connect Slack or Discord?
Use the Integrations page for provider connections and notification webhooks. Keep API keys separate, as they authenticate your own HTTP clients.
Is there a rate limit?
Yes. Each API key carries a per-hour limit set on the API keys screen (Rate Limit (req/hour)); the API reference lists platform caps. Audit volume still follows your plan quota.

Intelligence

What is Intelligence for?
Intelligence tracks how your brand appears in AI answers, social and review listening, competitor movement, and ongoing monitoring, alongside technical audits.
Why is a submodule empty?
Each Intelligence screen shows specific empty copy, for example No signals found. Run an audit with intelligence enabled to generate signals, No review data yet. Run an audit with review analysis enabled, or No monitoring schedules yet. Add a tracked site, enable the matching options on New audit, complete a run, then open the topic guide for that screen from Intelligence overview.

Security & Privacy

Is my data encrypted?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and protected at rest. Passwords are hashed.
Are you GDPR compliant?
We process personal data with appropriate safeguards and support export and deletion requests.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@reviewmysite.app from your account address. We process deletion requests as soon as practical.
