Getting Started
How do I run my first audit?▾
Sign up, go to Audits → New Audit, paste a URL, and click Start Audit. Results appear in under 30 seconds.
What does each score mean?▾
We score four categories: SEO (meta tags, structured data, crawlability), Performance (load times, Core Web Vitals), Security (HTTPS, headers, cookies), and UX (accessibility, mobile-friendliness, usability).
How many pages can I audit?▾
Free: 10 pages per audit. Pro: 50 pages. Enterprise: up to 500 pages per audit run.
Auditing
Can I audit password-protected pages?▾
Not currently. The crawler needs public access to pages. Support for authenticated crawling is on our roadmap.
Why is my score different from Lighthouse?▾
We run Lighthouse as part of our audit but also check additional factors (50+ SEO rules, security headers, tracking detection) that Lighthouse doesn't cover.
How do I compare two audits?▾
Go to Compare from the sidebar, select two audit runs, and view side-by-side score differences and regressions.
Billing & Plans
How do I upgrade my plan?▾
Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?▾
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Pro plans. Contact support@reviewmysite.app for refund requests.
Teams & Workspaces
How do I invite team members?▾
Go to Settings → Organization, click Invite Member, enter their email, and assign a role (viewer, editor, admin).
Can I manage multiple clients?▾
Yes. Create separate workspaces for each client. Switch between them using the workspace selector in the sidebar.
What are the role permissions?▾
Viewer: read-only. Editor: run audits, manage sites. Admin: full access including billing and member management. Owner: all admin permissions plus workspace deletion.
API & Integrations
How do I get an API key?▾
Go to Integrations → API Keys and click Generate New Key. Copy the key; it won't be shown again.
What integrations are available?▾
We support Slack notifications, webhook callbacks on audit completion, and PlusVibe for outreach automation.
Is there a rate limit?▾
API calls are limited to 60 requests per minute per API key. Audit submissions are limited by your plan's monthly quota.
Security & Privacy
Is my data encrypted?▾
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt.
Are you GDPR compliant?▾
Yes. We process data under legitimate interest and offer data export and deletion upon request.
How do I delete my account?▾
Contact support@reviewmysite.app with your account email. We'll process deletion within 48 hours.
