Who this is for

Marketing operators owning the brand record for a site, plus anyone curating the product catalogue, audience segments, or evidence records that downstream intelligence modules reference.

When to use these pages

Set up the brand profile and proofs once per site, then revisit after rebrands, product launches, or strategy changes so downstream intelligence (claims, citations, monitoring) stays accurate.

Brand profile (/intelligence/brand)

The screen title is Brand intelligence with subtitle "Configure your brand profile for AI-powered brand analysis."

  1. Choose a site from the dropdown.
  2. The Brand profile card explains whether a record exists. Fields include:
    • Brand name, Industry, Target audience.
    • Positioning statement and Messaging guidelines (multi-line).
    • Keywords (comma-separated) and Competitor URLs (comma-separated list).
    • Brand voice (JSON object) as structured attributes in a monospace editor.
    • Brand values, Tone attributes, Value propositions (comma-separated lists).
    • Advanced metadata the API exposes: Confidence, Severity, Related entities, Platform when shown.
  3. Save persists the profile for that site.

Empty copy. "No profile exists for this site yet. Fill out the form and save to create one." The card shows that sentence until you save a first profile.

Products (/intelligence/products)

Products: "Products and offerings detected or recorded for this site."

  • Site selector plus a Create product button.
  • The form takes Name (required), Description, Category, and URL.
  • The standard Save / cancel pattern applies. The list supports edit and delete when those actions are implemented in your build.

Empty copy. "No products yet. Create one or run an intelligence audit."

Audiences (/intelligence/audiences)

Audiences: "Audience segments linked to this site."

  • Create audience opens a New audience form; existing rows open in Edit audience.
  • Fields include Name, Segment type (demographic, psychographic, behavioural, or not set), Size, and additional attributes in the form.

Empty copy. "No audiences yet. Create one or run an intelligence audit."

Proofs (/intelligence/proofs)

Proofs: "Evidence supporting claims (statistics, testimonials, certifications, and more)."

  • Create proof opens a typed proof form: Type dropdown (statistic, testimonial, certification, and so on), Source, URL, narrative fields, and Save.

Empty copy. "No proofs yet. Create one or run a brand trust or intelligence audit to extract proofs."

Why it matters

Downstream intelligence (claims, citations, monitoring) references this structured context. Refresh after rebrands so the scores and alerts stay meaningful.

Related

  • Brand claims. Extracted on-site claims against proof coverage.
  • Intelligence overview. Cross-module counts.
