Who this is for

Operators who want intelligence scans to run on a schedule rather than on demand, with alerts to a chosen channel when notable changes appear.

When to use this page

Set up a schedule once per high-value site, then revisit when the cadence or the alert channels need updating.

In the app

The page is Intelligence monitoring with subtitle "Schedule recurring intelligence scans and configure alerts."

Pick a site, then click New schedule.

Create monitoring schedule

• Schedule name, for example "Weekly brand monitor".
• Frequency: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly (UI select).
• Monitoring types: toggle chips for Citations, Brand analysis, Social mentions, Reviews, Competitors (multi-select).
• Alert configuration: choose channels such as In-app notification, Email, or Webhook (toggle each).

Saved schedules appear in a list where you can review next-run times, edit, or remove (per your build).

Empty copy. "No monitoring schedules yet. Create one to start automated intelligence scans."

Operating tips

• Start with one schedule per high-value site to avoid duplicate alerts.
• Route webhook alerts to the same automation endpoints configured under Integrations if you want ticketing integration.
