Workspace audit log

Who this is for

Workspace Owners, Admins, and compliance reviewers checking who did what inside the workspace.

When to use this page

Open it when investigating a membership or security change, when preparing an internal compliance review, or when collecting evidence for an audit trail.

In the app

Audit log lives at /audit-log under Admin in the sidebar for eligible roles. The heading shows "n admin actions recorded".

Filters

• Action dropdown. Populated from getAuditLogActions() (for example user.invited, user.role_changed, user.deleted, user.password_reset, with colour-coded badges in the list).
• Changing the filter resets to page 1.

List

• Paginated (25 rows per page) with Previous and Next.
• Each entry shows timestamp, actor, action badge, and a JSON or details payload when provided.

If empty after filtering. Widen the Action filter, or confirm that your workspace records admin events.

Access

If you cannot see Audit log, your role may be limited. Ask a workspace Owner or Admin to grant access or to export entries.

Retention

Use periodic exports if your organisation needs long-term evidence outside the product. Retention is platform-defined.
